Playing Loud Music is Prohibited

With the summer season upon us, we'd like to remind our residents to be courteous when playing their summertime tunes.
The Holden Police Department has received reports of an individual driving around blasting loud music with obscene lyrics over their vehicle speakers. The City of Holden has the several ordinances that prohibit this:
68.610 (In Part) Motor vehicle maximum levels... 4. Automobile audio systems - The using, operating, or permitting to be played of any audio system of any automobile being operated off private property which is plainly audible at a distance of fifty (50) feet from the vehicle.

76.485. Excessive noise. No person shall operate any motor vehicle in this City so as to create an unreasonably loud or unnecessary noise, including the spinning of tires.

75.040 (In Part). Peace disturbance. A person commits the offense of peace disturbance if: 1. He unreasonably and knowingly causes alarm to another person or persons not physically on the same premises by: a. Loud and unusual noise; or b. Loud and abusive language constituting fighting words; or c. Threatening to commit a crime against any person; or d. Fighting; or e. Creating a noxious and offensive odor. 2. He is in a public place or on private property of another without consent and unreasonably and knowingly causes alarm to another person or persons by: a. Loud and unusual noise; or b. Loud and abusive language constituting fighting words; or c. Threatening to commit a crime against any person; or d. Fighting. 

Ord 75.215 Disorderly conduct prohibited (In Part):

11. Makes or causes to be made any loud, boisterous, and unreasonable noise or disturbance to the public highway, road, street, lane, alley, park, square or common, whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed, or the traveling public annoyed.
